Joint School of Public Health Virtual Open House Registration

Join us for a Virtual Open House to learn more about the Joint School of Public Health, a collaborative partnership between Old Dominion University and Norfolk State University. This session is designed for prospective students interested in public health education and careers that make a meaningful impact on communities.

During the event, attendees will receive an overview of the Joint School of Public Health, including its mission, interdisciplinary approach, and the benefits of this innovative partnership. Representatives will introduce available concentration areas, discuss curriculum highlights, and share how the joint structure expands academic, professional, and community engagement opportunities across institutions.

The session will also cover the application process, including guidance on navigating SOPHAS, important deadlines, and tips for submitting a strong application. Ample time will be reserved for questions, allowing participants to connect directly with program staff and gain clarity on next steps.

Whether you are just beginning to explore public health or preparing to apply, this open house is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and discover how the Joint School of Public Health can support your academic and professional goals.

All sessions will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM via Zoom, on the third Thursday of each month.
